CONTRACT:

The contract to be drawn up will be a rental CONTRACT FOR USE THAN AS A DWELLING. In order to draw it up, we will ask you for
1. Identity card or passport of all guests.
2. Address of habitual residence of the contract holder and some proof of this (utility bills, bank statements, official documents issued within the last 3 months, etc.).
3. Proof of the above-mentioned purpose of the temporary rental: leisure, holiday or recreational need (round-trip airline tickets, proof of participation in competitions, congresses, fairs, festivals, events, etc.).
COMPULSORY DEPOSIT CALCULATION: (Agreed rental amount x months rent / 12 months) x 2.
CLEANING: A fortnightly cleaning is included in the price, with change of sheets and towels.
SUPPLIES: Utilities are included in the price (water, electricity, wifi).
LOUDNESS: It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talking, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and gatherings are strictly PROHIBITED. Neighbours may call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without refund of the deposit.
AC: Please note that air conditioning is only available in the living room. In the bedrooms there are fans.
